“This is the best dentist office there is. I have never liked dentists. I feel like the comparison to going to the DMV is accurate however I have only ever had positive experiences at this office. Everyone on the staff is lovely and both David Ward and his daughter Samantha are wonderful. They are actual people and don't have any weird dentist vibes that you sometimes get. Moving out of state and having to get a new dentist has been the saddest thing. If it was possible to fly back just for dentist appointments here I would. You cannot go wrong with this office.“

“My appointment today was for removal of a broken crown (an old one, not Picard Dental work), prep for a new crown and fabrication and installation a temporary crown. Dr. Cathcart and Brenda are a great team, working efficiently together and explaining each step of the process. The whole procedure was painless, my most important metric. To start I wrote down the appointment wrong and showed up 45 mins early, I had made another appointment after to what I thought would be cutting it close now it was really close. They were able to take me in earlier & do all of my x-rays while I waited for the dentist. They were so kind & understanding. Also, the front receptionists are terrific too. I cannot say enough about Ezra, who manages the financial aspect and overall flow of the office.

I even got the chance to say hello to Dr. Salem on his way out. I have had nothing but superior care in all areas from Dr. Salem. He knows his craft and is understanding and listens well. I am thankful for the ability to have the man at the top!

They were very, very sweet, kind and understanding with her and it went perfectly well twice.
