“This is the best dentist office there is. I have never liked dentists. I feel like the comparison to going to the DMV is accurate however I have only ever had positive experiences at this office. Everyone on the staff is lovely and both David Ward and his daughter Samantha are wonderful. They are actual people and don't have any weird dentist vibes that you sometimes get. Moving out of state and having to get a new dentist has been the saddest thing. If it was possible to fly back just for dentist appointments here I would. You cannot go wrong with this office.“

Dr. Cathcart and Brenda are a great team, working efficiently together and explaining each step of the process. The whole procedure was painless, my most important metric. To start I wrote down the appointment wrong and showed up 45 mins early, I had made another appointment after to what I thought would be cutting it close now it was really close. They were able to take me in earlier & do all of my x-rays while I waited for the dentist. They were so kind & understanding. “This is a great office. My mother is 90 years old and has dementia and is in a wheelchair. They were the only office that would take somebody in my mother's condition for routine care. They were very, very sweet, kind and understanding with her and it went perfectly well twice. I highly recommend this if you are in the Medway area and looking for care for an aged loved one or probably anybody else for that matter. Great staff.“
