Very friendly staff. I appreciate that they don't jump immediately to procedures for little things that can be handled differently. No pain. Respectful of what your insurance covers.

I highly recommend Gentle Dental in Franklin. The office staff is friendly, and the whole dental office is spotless. Chelsea is the best hygienist I have ever had. She is friendly, professional, and extremely thorough. Five stars isn't enough!

I have an outright fear of the dentist. However I can tell you that my experience with gentle dental went VERY well. I was told what they were going to do, explained my apprehension, and was treated extremely well. Highly recommended! Had another appt on 11/23, cleaning with Chelsea went awesome! Easy check in and out, new appt setup and it went great!June 14- another successful visit for a cleaning. Chelsea was excellent not only performing this but puts my fears at ease. Highly recommend anyone that needs some care to make an appointment.
