Harry and Alex are super professional, friendly and experienced and the service is reasonably priced. We use them to winterize and de-winterize a plumbed outdoor building and they do a great job. Even the dogs look forward to their visits.
Really happy with the service! From start to finish the whole experience was super easy. David came out for a non-urgent issue a few days after we called. He diagnosed and resolved the problem quickly. As a first time homeowner, I had a lot of questions and he helped me understand everything. Super friendly and professional. Will definitely be using them again for plumbing (and, now that I know, heating) needs and would recommend for anyone who is on the hunt for expert help!
My wife and I have been doing business with William J.Riley Plumbing and Heating for many years. We had experienced some water pressure issues recently after having our water heater replaced. We thought the problem arose from changing the water heater. It turned out to be a problem that was building for many years. Harry G their most expert and senior employee solved this issue and now we're enjoying the best water pressure we've ever experienced. David Palmer is the water heater man to call.
