“I always receive great care,recently seen Dr. Creighton,he was kind and polite. Office staff and nurses were polite as well. Wait times could be improved though. It was very warm in the waiting room,it felt like 100 degrees and an elderly lady commented that it was way to warm in there as well,I thought maybe it was just me due to being sick,I almost thought I was going to faint. But in general I had a pleasant visit. Thank You.“

“I've been to this location for urgent care services as well as using their lab regularly for blood work and all-in-all me and my family have had positive experiences. With the lab setup, they have a good system in place to ensure they get your name and info and no matter the time or day, the most you have to wait is 5 minutes to be seen and the nurses running the lab get you in and out pretty quickly. Even in the time of COVID here, the system they have works pretty efficiently and you're in and out pretty quickly. The urgent care section is pretty good. We've come for your basic urgent care stuff (sprains, a few sutures for something, etc.) and the service we've gotten is solid. If something isn't life threatening, especially with the pandemic ongoing, this is a good alternative vs. going to South County Hospital, Kent and other local hospitals. Lots of parking to be had and the I've never seen the urgent care that busy.“

“I just moved here from San Diego. Unfortunately, went all this time not getting Covid until I moved here. Went to the urgent care to get medicine for Covid. The entire staff was so nice. Dr. Farina is very thorough! He even decide to get me x-rays and there I found out I had pneumonia in my right lung. I had no clue. I decided to make him my PCM and he’s been AWESOME!!! He’s patient, thorough and explains everything. The staff is so nice and helpful.“

“Came here on a Sunday evening, couldn't breathe well. They took such great care of me. Minimal wait time, clean building, compassionate staff. The Doctor was patient with me and I felt heard. He went oout of his way to make sure i got medications filled the same night. Highly recommend. Love the live wait time Ms that you can check online before you head there.“
