** I am updating my review after talking with the very nice owner David. He was there to open the doors today (10/14/25) He let us know that he is having staffing issues and he worked out a deal for us regarding the prorate for our package. He now has a sign on the door with updated hours and a notice that he is looking for employment help.
He was very communicative with my husband through texting as well as both of us in person.

I have purchased many 10 packages from this place I agree the hours are sometimes not what they say they are but the poor staff doesn't have anything to do with it I do too still have five tanning sessions left and I'm hoping that they will be open in the times that they say they are there's only been one time that I have gone during the hours they claim to be open and they were closed what day is very aggravated about but as far as the cleanliness I thought it was pretty clean but I also heard the owner is not such a great person and he chooses to do what he wants when it comes to tanning packages and not honoring Tans that have already been paid for I... read full review
Just purchased a month package and thinking they are open until 8pm I can go after work I get out at 4 and work in Warwick and their never open! Could I get a refund of my remaining package I've only tanned once and they were open bc it was 1pm! I am going to try again after work tonight let's see if their open!
