10/10 experience, there is not one thing that could have been improved. I didn’t have to lift a finger. Justin, our sales rep, talked to us like real people and made extra effort to make sure we got our system up and running in time to collect energy for the summer. He made ALL the difference for us! Other companies were difficult and would not provide all the information we were looking for. Ally, our project manager, kept us informed at every single step and was truly a pleasure to work with. No surprises and project went exactly as described.
TLDR: Hire Rooftop Power. Ethical team led by Darrell Handley stands by the product. Configure and troubleshooted with OEMs for special configuration to tie-in with existing generator. Integrated roofing, solar, and electrical professionals mean they stand as one entity to deliver goods and services. System produced 97% of what was proposed during the first ten months of use.
