Our less than 5 year old roof had a leak. Five or more phone calls went unreturned. After my foot surgery I went onto the roof in my boot and discovered the flashing was nailed wrong and every nail had popped up. Now we are left with a stained ceiling and mildew smell that will turn to mold.

The Quality Exteriors Inc. homepage shows that it is a BBB accredited business with an A+ rating. This is not the case. One needs to look up this company on the BBB website. It states that Quality Exteriors Inc. is NOT accredited and has a C+ rating.

Very nice couple. They're crew was quick. Ripped the ro, replaced it and cleaned up the mess all in one day., very affordable As well.
