Having been to JC Penney salon in the past and two times more recently I was pretty comfortable going again as I did yesterday. Megan was my stylist and she had done a blow out once before and at that time I was happy with the results. Well, yesterday I had an appointment with Megan and I wasn’t happy with the results. After she finished initially I said I wanted it straighter or something to that effect and said I would pay the for her to straighten with the flat iron and she said I’ll try straightening it more and she proceeded to use a brush and a hair dryer again and honestly it didn’t look much better but I had other things to do so I paid and left....read full review
They did a great job fixing the bad haircut I did on myself and one of my 3 kids I brought in. (The youngest is one and moved a lot so we just laughed off his bad hair 😅 but my other daughter stayed still and was great. My husband got his beard cleaned up and I was a little disappointed in the extreme amount of razor burns his whole face was red and blotchy. This was a month ago, we also took my oldest daughter a year ago as a last minute emergency bang trim before our family photos upstairs because her usual hairdresser canceled at the time and they where completely crooked and don't get me started on the HORRIBLE hair cut I got before a party there way back...read full review
Went in to get a much needed haircut with layers and curtain bangs, I was a little skeptical at first since I’ve never came here before but am so happy I did. Melina was an absolute pleasure and she did my hair amazing. I definitely will be coming back to her! I also loved how they were doing a student discount for haircuts, it helped me feel refreshed for this semester :)
