I had a wonderful experience from the initial greeting to the moment I took delivery of my new Alfa Romeo. Jayro, my salesperson, was polite, knowledgeable, and made the entire process pressure-free. I came to the dealership well-prepared, having researched the trade-in value of my car, a fair purchase price, and competitive interest rates. Not only were my expectations met, but they were exceeded, which I greatly appreciated.

I did not end up getting a car from them but I still felt the need to write a review. As a woman, car shopping is a nightmare. Sales people don't respect your time, will rarely try to negotiate with you, or simply just talk down to you when you don't fall for their tricks. My experience at this location was the opposite. I let the sales person Michael know I was on my lunch break so I was very limited on time. He was quick with getting a car and I was able to test drive and get back to work on time. Although we couldn't close the deal, I'm still leaving a positive review as Mo was helpful and made every step of the process a good time.Four stars because the bathroom desperately needs renovations (the men's room, anyway).
