Amazing experience! Dr. Exils office is definitely run a bit “old school”, but today I truly appreciated that. I ran late and instead of turning me away and acting like 10 minutes of their time was more important than checking my child, they were kind and understanding and still allowed her to be seen. Dr Exile is extremely knowledgeable, professional, thorough and kind. He did all the standard tests and discussed a thorough history. He made sure we felt reassured prior to leaving and there was so much time and attention given to us. I miss when all doctor’s appointments felt this way. Thank you!!
My 5 year old daughter needed a EEG and to start the assistant Amanda was so kind and pleasant. After the long test we met Dr Exil who spoke to my daughter with patience and humor, making her laugh, and being very personable. He was very thorough and caring.
Dr. Exil had been my daughter's neurologist for 22 years since she was born in 2002. From the day we met, as young parents, Dr. Exil always gave me and her dad detailed information, from her Cerebral Palsy diagnosis to her potential to have seizures, and what to expect if it happens. When she had her first seizure at 2 years old, we knew exactly what to look for at a time when Google wasn't even invented yet (Google went public in 2004)! I remember calling his office and the receptionist telling me to take her to the ER right away and they would call the hospital.
