My 5 year old daughter needed a EEG and to start the assistant Amanda was so kind and pleasant. After the long test we met Dr Exil who spoke to my daughter with patience and humor, making her laugh, and being very personable. He was very thorough and caring.

Dr. Exil had been my daughter's neurologist for 22 years since she was born in 2002. From the day we met, as young parents, Dr. Exil always gave me and her dad detailed information, from her Cerebral Palsy diagnosis to her potential to have seizures, and what to expect if it happens. When she had her first seizure at 2 years old, we knew exactly what to look for at a time when Google wasn't even invented yet (Google went public in 2004)! I remember calling his office and the receptionist telling me to take her to the ER right away and they would call the hospital. I meant Dr. Gerald Exil, today for the first time in a first appointment with my son. I was very pleased with his bedside manner and his knowledge and compassion for my son and his needs. The tiny briefcase did it for me (laughs). Dr. Exil went above and beyond to explain things to my son about what is going on with him, and that was very important to our family. I would highly recommend him as a pediatric neurologist.
