Called Sunday afternoon and they were there at 8am Monday! Old hot water tank out and the new one in without issue! Dependable, affordable friendly company! Would definitely use if needed again!
Chris from Emergency Response cannot be beat. He’s been in business 28 years and knows his stuff. We had a leak in our basement and needed emergency assistance. I called our regular plumber and 10 other plumbing businesses. Despite their advertising 24 hour emergency work, the typical response was that they could not come promptly. Chris at ER was understanding of our situation and moved us up , with oks from his other customers, so he could get here. Within 1/2 hour he fixed the problem - at a reasonable price. Affable guy. My wife and I would highly recommend him.
The pilot light on our hot water heater wouldn’t relight at 6:30pm so we called Emergency Response Plumbing. The gentleman picked up right away but didn’t have someone available to come out right away. Instead he took the time to walk my husband through some trouble shooting, figured out the problem, and then walked him through the fix.
We aren’t currently a customer of theirs yet he spent his time to help us. I can guarantee should we ever need a plumber, or are asked for a recommendation, this business is the only one I would use. Outstanding customer service and we are very grateful.
