I expected thoroughness and got it with their efficient cleanup, though the initial estimate for drying equipment was a bit off and needed adjusting after we started. They were back on track quickly once the oversight was addressed and ended up completing everything in just under three days.
After comparing several quotes, I found that this visit was particularly efficient as they managed to neutralize the smoke odor by treating the HVAC system and cleaning nearby surfaces in about two hours. The technician also took the time to explain which products he used and their expected effectiveness over time.
The emergency board-up took about three hours, which felt appropriate given the extent of the damage and the materials needed. They were thorough in their work, ensuring everything was secure before leaving, unlike a previous company I used who rushed through the job.
