I am very fortunate to be a patient of Calendar Eye Care. The doctors are extremely dedicated, knowledgeable and patient. One feels very comfortable in such a well run professional office. The wait time is minimal and there is a high regard for patient privacy.

This is my first appointment and wasn’t seen until 45 minutes after my appt. Time. Not impressed so far. Baffled how you can be behind schedule by 10:15am when you open at 8:30.

*two stars for front desk staff*I have been a patient of Calenda Eye Care for as long as I can remember. The doctors are wonderful. Dr Levin is extremely kind and knowledgeable. Even suggested a specialist to help me with migraines.Front desk staff, aside from Joanne, have been very rude and seem bothered every time I walk in or speak with them on the phone. I overheard them making fun of an elderly patient that one staff member hung up on while waiting for my appointment. As the first interaction with clients, they should be kinder since the front desk staff sets the tone for the office. Staff could benefit from some customer service training.
