Birch is such a welcoming salon with wonderful people and the best products. I’ve been seeing Doreen for years and she always does my hair just how I love it. I love the natural, healthy Aveda products, they smell amazing. Such a wonderful experience every time!
Needed help, my hair was extremely dry and frail from overprocessing elsewhere. Aveda products are top quality and Heather has transformed my straw like hair into soft, manageable hair that is becoming healthier and shinier. I don’t stress over wash days any longer. Great customer service!
Came here for the first time for a color retouch. Heather was my stylist. Super professional and expert. I travel with my Aveda formula and have been to salons all over the East Coast. This one is a good one. A very calm and unpretentious vibe. They worked me in within 24 hours of calling (lucky they had a cancellation!). Generous with the free Aveda samples, and reasonable prices. I will be back!
