James made our car buying experience as easy as possible. Have never experienced buying a car being that easy, James took away all the nerves that come with buying a car for someone at a young age like me. Would recommend James to anyone that comes in the store!
James Martinez was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the Jeep Grand Cherokee that I bought.
Overall he held to appts and even stayed late to complete mine when I had to push it back a couple hours. He moved the process along quickly and explained things well. I also felt I got a great deal there.
From the time we walked in until we left with our new car Louie was a pleasure to work with. He spoke to me like a person and answered all our questions. He gave me a great rundown on the vehicle before I took my test drive and made me and my wife feel very comfortable the whole time. There was no pushy sales, but only somebody there to help us through the process. In my 64 years, I bought a few cars and this had to be the smoothest and easiest process I’ve done.
