David is professional, punctual, knows his stuff, has eagle eyes and catches everything. During his initial inspection, he found 16 defective windows which would have cost me thousands to repair, but I went to the builder since there were so many and had them repair all 16. Luckily, they did. I had David return after the windows were replaced to do another inspection to ensure the windows were replaced properly; he found 1 still defective. Grateful for his eagle eyes and expertise.
