Mike is a professional. We simply did a Google search and called him. He took about 2.5 hours to inspect everything from outside foundation to the roof. He answered all our questions and it was evident that he represented our interests as the buyers. We gained valuable insight for future reference. We decided to purchase, in good measure, due to his report. As a well informed buyer, our investment will be protected. The $500 fee is worth it!
