Done Rite Roofing Systems

I was referred to Done-Rite Roofing Systems by another roofing company who does installs but not repairs. I gave a call and I was able to be seen for a roof leak the next day. Their response time was great, I watched the work as it was done to have better understanding of how the repair was made and everything was well explained, and I felt the price for the work was reasonable. I am grateful that I was put in contact with Done-Rite Roofing Systems and I would recommend this company for others seeking roofing services.Mike and Tito thank you for coming out and getting our leak sealed up. You both were professional yet friendly and I appreciate you helping me out.

Mike came out to diagnose a roofing problem we have and was very professional in his interaction with me. Although it turned out that we do not need to have work done at this time, I will not hesitate to call him first if/when we encounter roofing problems in the future. So in full disclosure I cannot comment on work performed as we didn't end up needing any yet, but I would at least fully recommend him based on my interaction with him.

We bought a house in September and within a month discovered a leak coming through the 3 year old roof right in to the dining room. After calling a dozen places that wouldn't touch repair work, we were referred to Done Rite Roofing. Mike and Tito came out, found the problem in under five minutes, and repaired it on the spot. Mine even identified another potential problem area to watch and some small improvements we could make to extend the life of the whole roof. Both gentlemen were skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and truly wanted to help; it wasn't just a job to them, they cared about the impact this had on our family.
