The roofing material and process are quality and look excellent on my roof. The installation went well and was accomplished in a day. Our roof isn't simple either, but the shingles look seemless.
The team that arrived to demo the old shingles and install the new roof did a fantastic job in all phases. These are pros. I live in the city--with other houses close by and all sorts of plants in my yard--and the team kept the work area clean and nothing was even slightly damaged. On clean-up, the team truly left the area better than they found it. There were *no* roofing materials, packaging, nails, or other odds or ends left behind. It was spotless! Given my driveway is next to my house, I appreciate the cleaning to ensure no nails are around to puncture my tires.
I live in an older neighborhood and have seen a mix of roofing teams. My neighbor had to get a roof replaced after 8 years due to a bad install. In Cranston, he repainted the interior of the whole house to prepare it for sale. He is great to deal with- responsive, reasonable and thorough. “The vinyl siding on our house was torn off due to an accident with a lawn company.Our insurance company had Lion Exteriors do a complete replacement of the siding and the trim. Marco was in communication throughout the process.The construction took a little longer than expected due to some minor hiccups, but Marco and the team came through in the end.While they were removing part of the siding, we noticed a leak on our ceiling.While removing the siding, Lion had simply revealed a problem that was already there. The leak was due to missing flashing on the front. Apparently, the person we had purchased our home from had shingles installed, but neglected to install flashing in that area. Marco and his team took care of it right away, no questions asked. Fortunately, this was covered by our insurance company.Isaiah had recommended replacing windows, since the siding was already off and the windows were more exposed. They were old, and a few of them either would not open, and/or close, so we agreed.It took a while for the window company to replenish their stock, so that was put on hold for a bit (no fault of Lion).There was some miscommunication on how they were going to be installed, but thanks to Marco and his good customer service, it worked out 'very' well in the end.Our home, windows, and new front roof shingles look 'Fantastic' both inside and out. “Ray and Nathan were excellent to work with, very competitively priced with excellent, top notch quality of work. We live in PA and needed a roof replacement on a home we own in RI. We contacted five companies for roof replacement quotes including B&R Fournier for a quote at the recommendation of a family member. We did our homework up front on roofing products and what information to ask regarding a roof replacement. Ray and Nathan were very easy to work with throughout the quoting process which was primarily done by phone, txt and email while we were in PA. They were very responsive to all our questions, provided valuable advice and suggestions, and were very quick with quote updates as we finalized what we wanted and made this process less stressful for us. After reviewing all requested quotes, we decided to work with B&R Fournier due to our experience working with them during the quoting process, their very competitively priced quote and their willingness to work with us on scheduling so that we could be in town during the work. The roof replacement including skylights went very well. Work crews were very punctual and polite. They worked very hard and did an excellent job accommodating the erratic, unpredictable weather we had including working late to prepare the work space for possible unpredictable weather overnight. The final job was completed excellently and looked great. Clean-up was very thorough. Overall, we were very happy working with B&R Fournier and Ray and Nathan. The entire process went very well.
