My husband and I came to K&W unexpectedly on a Wednesday morning in need of an emergency repair to our family minivan. We had traveled 850 miles to Rhode Island from Indiana and found ourselves scrambling to find a reliable repair shop in order to be able to travel back home safely. We are thankful to have found K&W, who took care of us with kindness and by fitting us in right away that morning amongst many, many other customers. They fixed the immediate issue within just a couple of hours, for a fair price, and with great communication about the repair and follow ups that might be needed later.
