Brought bmw to dealer for a ridiculous price quote as front differential gone and wanted me to pay extra money on top of the warranty. Called Kirk’s and they took me in right away and worked with my warranty company. Was a huge job and picked it up and heard a little noise and he told me bring it back. Tighten the exhaust and is perfect. Stands by his work and was done in decent time. I’m so happy I went here. Also gave me a 12 month warranty on parts. Definitely recommend.
This is where knowledge and experience matters. They put a transmission in my truck three years ago when I was having major shifting issues leaving me stuck places. She's been perfect since. Brought her in to be serviced recently and again top service, great attitudes and they took care of my truck for much less than others would charge because other mechanics are scared to touch a closed system transmission. These guys are masters of transmissions they know thier stuff. Highly trustworthy and there's very few people I trust with my truck and they are one of the few. Highly recommend 5 star review.
Took me in on the spot and correctly diagnosed a noise in my front end as a problem with my wheel bearing. They charged a fair price for the diagnosis and told me I would get full credit for that charge toward the wheel bearing job if I decided to bring it back to them to have it done. I brought it back to them and they did a good job. My only complaint is that after the diagnosis visit I noticed a couple of small scratches on my door. I didn't complain. When I picked up my car after the wheel bearing was replaced I noticed another small scratch. Their work area is very tight and congested so I can see how it would happen. My car is not new so it's not a big deal to me
