I called today to see about bringing in my ipad. The gentleman on the phone suggested I try several software updates I could do myself before bringing it in to avoid unnecessary expense. I did. They worked. My ipad works, and I'll be sure to reach out to Frame in the future for computer repair needs.
I have used their services before. This time to clean up the mess I made. All done through taking control of my computer. Problem was fixed in about 30 minutes. Excellent and professonal service

I wish I could give 10 stars for a review. My computer was dead with blue screen and totally useless. I was in the middle of a project when a power loss caused me computer loss. I brought my computer in,,,,SAME DAY.. I had my computer back. Not only was Jim Knowledgeable but he was beyond honest and I found a decent human being, who I recommend to everyone!
