The Right Click staff (most importantly) answers the phone quickly, is knowledgeable when answering your questions and giving you options to computer repairs, has reasonable pricing, and the staff is not pushy. You can deliver your computer to the Right Click office or you can have a home Visit. I have needed both and have been satisfied with the results.
My Facebook suddenly, all on its own I was sure, began to convert all but the main post into Chinese…Traditional Chinese I later discovered. I have no idea how I did that. (The Wakefield location is close so I went there today with hope.) A very pleasant tech told me he had an idea, pressed a few keys, and English reappeared. He then showed me the sequence just in case. Thank you! I was losing my mind looking for a solution.
Dylan was very helpful and informative. Fixed my laptop, informed me of upcoming changes that would affect my laptop and provided information about solution options. I am extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend The Right Click!
