I cannot express how forever grateful I am to Simony and her partner. I was a skeptical and reluctant client. I could not believe that there was a salon in the Federal Hill neighborhood that knew anything about supporting or styling mixed race/ textured curly hair. I was met with such warmth and authenticity from the moment I walked in. From the music, to the calm atmosphere, and the beautiful layout; this salon put my mind as ease. I immediately felt at home. Simony made sure that I was comfortable and aware of everything they were going to do beforehand. I felt so assured and included in every choice, and it was the best haircut and the best experience I think I've ever had as someone with curly hair. Between Jess and Simony, no one outside of Aryuveda Salon has cut or colored my hair for over 20 years! Fantastic knowledge and skill set for tresses of all types - including curly and gray.
