I saw Dr. Catanio for an eye exam and she was great! She was efficient and kind, and did a wonderful job of explaining things to me. Then I saw Mena for help picking out the right frames for my new prescription, and she was awesome! Super helpful and clearly knows her stuff- that was the best experience I've ever had with getting new glasses!!! I will be back to see her the next time I have a new prescription!
I was getting ocular headaches for 4 days. I called the RI Eye Institute for an appointment. I’ve been a patient there for over 20 years but have not had my eyes checked since before the Covid lockdowns. After check in, my wait time was minimal. All the staff was professional and pleasant. I was seen by Dr. Mishley, who I thought was extremely thorough. I would highly recommend the RIEI.
My name is Diann. I have been seeing Dr. Lori Boivin for years! She is wonderful and truly listens to your heart about your eyes and your life. I love that she doesn’t rush into things, but allows you to take time to make decisions as she continually watches over your eyes. She gives you the options, and lets you think on your decision.
