My husband with lung cancer, COPD, pneumonia, CHF, called for new Oxygen tanks on Friday. They never delivered them. On the weekend, there was a power outage, the concentrator is electric. We had to call the fire department to get a small oxygen tank. Lifespan said we should have called them, they're on call 24/7. He just got home from the hospital, we are low on portable tank oxygen. We called at 630 pm, and we're told they are closed, call back in the morning. What if more outages?

I used to use Lifespan Home Medical for my special needs son's diapers years ago and they used to be great. They were always on point with getting our orders out in a timely manner. This isn't the case anymore. Last week I went to the doctor and was prescribed a neutral wrist splint for tendinosis in my wrist and I immediately bought the prescription here. Not only did they not fill the rx, but they also told me they shredded the paper, and needed another copy to fill it, even though the order is clearly in their system since the doctor that prescribed it is part of lifespan. I called in twice this week just to check in after getting the doctor to once again send over...read full review

Terribly incompetent. After calling ahead to make sure they offered the product needed, I called back to check status and they inform me they are too busy/inundated with orders to be bothered with me and my dads needs post-stroke.
