Applicants with medium and large dogs should be aware before applying. I specifically asked about pet policy before applying and was told my dogs would ‘probably’ be accepted. Based on that assurance I submitted my application and paying the $34 screening fee, I was informed that the building’s insurance policy prohibits Dobermans and dogs over 55lbs. This was not disclosed upfront during any of my initial conversations or on the listing. As an applicant with two trained, well-behaved mixed Dobermans, this was a dealbreaker that cost me both time and money. This property wouldn’t know GOOD business if it landed on their lap I’m a great tenant clean apartment , will pay and don’t have issues , never bother them for anything and they still try to extort me out of money. A sign was left on my door in February saying I owe 5700 and to give it to them in cash or they will do a wellness check I gave them 3800 cash and they MAILED amother 5 day demand 2 weeks later threatening me with court if I didn’t give them 2700 more i gave them 2,000 cash do u know when I went back to give the last 780 they told me no we want 4800 April rent and 1620 of free / extorted money can you imagine that I gave them 5,800 cash and they try...read full review

I have been living at strive lofts on atwells ave for over 3 years WITHOUT INCIDENT and you would never know it the way I have been antagonized , harassed and stolen from by Bill and Churchill and Banks ! Paper thin walls my neighbor yells all night and day managment said they don’t care even tho I paid them over 100,000 ! managment “ Churchill and banks “ is money hungry they been pocketing my cash for months acting like I owe money on “ back rent “ I gave them $5,800 CASH in 3 weeks and they still wanted me to pay them 4,800 that’s $10,600 they was demanding I give them within 5 days and if not they said they would take me to court.
