Resident of two years. They're a good landlord company to rent from. Patient and fair. They will evict if you're not on top of payments after awhile. Quiet properties generally speaking. Maintenance can be hit or miss following up on certain issues but their staff was always patient with us, more than many would be probably. I recommend renting from them.
