Aquidneck Services provided quick and professional services with an emergency call in the middle of the night. The technicians were great to work with, very efficient and courteous. They could not have been more thorough and professional, respectful of the customer and property. They went way beyond to ensure the installation of a conversion from oil to natural gas was seamless and to ensure the disruption would be minimal. Servicing an older Viessmann boiler and radiant floor heating was a challenge, particularly with incorrect and difficult to attain parts, but they came out two times and were friendly. They did not charge for the visits even though the customer lived 45 minutes away, which was a good faith effort to maintain a positive outcome. An annual furnace cleaning was a pleasant experience, with the service technician arriving 5 minutes early, professional and courteous, completing the service in less than an hour. Communication was fast, service was professional, and everyone was knowledgeable. Excellent service all around.
