Steve was very helpful with us in building our detached garage. He has worked with us from getting the permits to getting approval from the city. He is very easy to work with and does a great job. Thanks Kevin and Cheryl

SPM Design created the architectural plans for our new home. We were impressed how intently Steve listened to the specifics of what we wanted and used that knowledge to make our ideas come to life. Steve offered good advice throughout the process on options to consider and pitfalls to avoid. He was thoughtful in his suggestions, helpful in considering the cost of options, and always amenable to make updates as the plans evolved. Steve was very professional and responsive, easy to work with and focused on how to bring our dream to life. We highly recommend Steve.

As the project evolved and some plans changed—as they often do in a major renovation—he was always flexible, responsive, and willing to adapt the design to make things work better. He consistently came back with smart solutions and improvements.
