I attended the sound meditation with Judson, and it was amazing! He provided a brief but informative description of the singing bowls and chakras, and explained what we could possibly expect from the sound meditation. The sounds from his various instruments were beautiful and both relaxing and energizing. I have pain issues that prevent me from remaining in one position for longer than around 15 minutes, but towards the end of the meditation I noticed that I did not need to reposition myself once! It overall was a very enjoyable experience, and I am looking forward to participating again!

I’ve been attending this free class at the NP public library for about a month. I love it! It is very beginner friendly for a newbie like myself. Each week is a little different than the last, allowing me to build confidence in my balance, strength and controlled breathing. Registration is easy. Thank you Shri yoga studio for offering this free class for the community!
