They'll never send you a bill, but their collection agency will.

And when you go to pay your bill, they deny your HSA card.

I've called three different phone numbers and none of them ever have someone pick up and I never get a call back. The hours of operation listed on Google are incorrect. Been this way for a year now.

I'm close to getting in touch with a lawyer, since it seems that may be the only way for them to actually talk to me.

Awful. Slow. Got up at 5 to prep for a 8am appt. At 8:15 they came out to mri machine is broken and they are waiting for a call to see if they can troubleshoot the issue remotely. Gave up waiting at 9 and left.

I went to RIMI for my first ultrasound when I found out I was pregnant. No problem with my partner coming back with me and no problem with me seeing the screen. I go back on 1/2/25 and am told my partner isn't allowed back as they've changed the policy that very morning. I also had to argue with them this time to allow me to see the screen for a brief moment at the end. I had a lot of anxiety going in for this and the staff didn't say a word until I was called back and they stopped my partner at the door. I had to find out I was having a miscarriage all alone. Thanks again for making this experience even more difficult for me.
