These people are inconsistent. They havent called me to check on me, and they slapped me with a fee for no show appt that they never called me to confirm or text me about. You're expected to look into your mychart to see when your appt is, I dont have time for that when I could be doing more valuable things. I'm gonna look for another doctor and see how that works out.

Terrible organization, specifically Tayla (Taila/Thalia) Director of the in home services for children, Dr. Terkell supervisor to Tayla, and Elisha the in home therapist and Dr. Seviski the Psychiatrist. I waited months to get my son help through Gateway. Surprisingly this healthcare institution whose sole focus is mental health are severely mismanaging our most vulnerable population (youth struggling with mental health to issues). While waiting for our onboarding with Gateway I was able to get my son into counseling through another agency. Return visits and promises patient needs appointment card handed to her. ACT Team: Includes: Intake coordinator + his supervisor, Social Worker, Case Manager & Clinician. Please I was with Case manager and Clinician 2 days ago. Case manager was here for first part of Medical History, updated by Clinician and Transcribed Case. Case Manager promised she would be back today June 28, 2024. (I was told 10:00am) I could be confused!
