I finally feel human. The group therapy I participated in was a literal life saver. Understanding what depression is, why I have it, what I c expect for the rest of my if’s, why it’s not my fault…. All of my questions were answered before I could ask. I am so grateful and I recommend anyone suffering from mental illness to engage with Fuller Hospital. I even switched therapists because I felt so taken care of.
