“As someone who's been going to Oaklawn Family Dental for 10+ years, I was not very happy to hear they were making changes. It seemed like they were becoming even worse than what they already were. It turns out these changes seem to have been SO much for the better.
After educating myself on their new billing options, meeting their new dentist Dr. Jason Tubo, and seeing the attitude difference on the rest of the team, I can tell this is going to be a good change for the practice. It's easy to be uncomfortable with change, especially since most patients have been coming here for years, but after our experience this last time in the office, I am looking forward to continuing to work with this practice and Dr. Tubo. He is very comforting in a time of distress, he is transparent in his findings and coming up with a plan, and he is extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend coming here and I would not have said that a year or two ago, before ownership changed.“
