Today was my first time going there with my daughter, and my first impression has been nothing but positive. Great service, friendly staff, it was a great experience. Everyone that helped me was really nice. Doctor Liu was very nice to my daughter. I am glad I changed dentist from the other place I used to go to. This place is amazing!

My family and I have been patients of Johnston Dental Group for well over 20 years. What set it apart from the rest, is the community feel and ease of talking with the wonderful staff directly. That has changed evidently. I recently had a reason to contact the dental group with an appointment request. I was unable to speak with the office directly and was speaking to someone overseas in some type of a call center.It was extremely difficult to understand the person on the other line due to the dialect and language barrier. Coming from someone who was traumatized at the dentist years ago, my traumatic days are over. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was in a judge free zone and knew I was in good hands. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office to my family and friends.
