stopped by this lock shop today and had a great experience. The person behind the counter (possibly the owner) was super friendly and even gave me a couple of used locks for free when I mentioned I practice lock picking as a sport. It’s rare to find that kind of generosity these days—definitely a place I’d recommend!

These are the good guys in the industry. I had a medium sized home safe with a stripped handle. They could have easily came out and charged a fee for this service as I needed to get into the safe for documents I needed that day. We sent a video and they called back to tell us how to tighten the handle ourselves from the front. I probably would have bought a new safe from them also as i thought they were going to need to cut it and destroy it. Very refreshing and they now have a new customer in the future for sure and anyone else I know that needs an honest locksmith

Needed another key fob for my used vehicle I just bought. They had to order one. The fob came in and it wouldn't work. They said must be a bad fob. Another new fob came in, same problem. All I can do is unlock the car with the key, but no remote functions. Tried working with it for a while, but decided to return it to get a full refund. They were very apologetic for not being able to fulfill all my needs. They did say they have had problems with Kia before and will not be servicing these vehicles anymore. I might have to bite the bullet and go to a dealer.
