5 + stars. Every class I attend (5 a week) is energizing. The trainers and coaches put 100+ % of effort into each class incorporating different workouts each class. I am amazed at the individual attention everyone in class receives to make sure you are doing the exercise correctly or to customize the exercise to the individuals needs. Trainers have helped me thru double hip surgery and shoulder. The Zumba class with Lauren is so much fun, a great workout and brings such positive energy to the class.

The sense of community and inclusion at OSCW is topped by no other wellness community. Everyone is kind-trainers and members alike. They offer trial membership options also you can basically try before you buy. Great people, many classes included with your membership-very affordable.
My fiancé and I joined the gym while we were in RI for a few months for work and it's been our favorite gym yet. Very nice facilities, great, classes, and great coaches. Special shout out to Andrew and Becca. You guys are the best!
