Just had my first session with Sean and I feel amazingly balanced, both physically and mentally - which says a lot coming from someone with chronic pain. It is incredible what he able to release that I have stored in my body after years of trauma and a serious car accident. If I feel this much better after only one session, I can’t imagine how much the quality of my life could improve going regularly. I can’t wait until my next appointment

I cannot say enough positive things about Zen Den. I have been seeing Julia for a few months now and have been thrilled with my experience. Her breadth of knowledge is amazing and she really works with you to target your specific ailments with different modalities that ultimately bring harmony to the body.
