The modalities include Polarity Therapy, Cranio‑Sacral Therapy, Reiki, Shiatsu, Crystal Healing and other forms of Advanced Energy Work. Private or small group Yoga is also available in a relaxed and beautiful setting. Using manual therapy and holistic movement practice, the work can alleviate stress and pain, release tensions in body and mind, and promote better overall well‑being. Clients describe the space as magical, life changing, calming and healing. The therapists are known for relaxing, outstanding and highly recommended massages that leave people feeling lighter emotionally and physically. Zen Den is by appointment only.

Both the polarity therapy and the cranio-sacral therapy are incredibly moving treatments for the body, mind and soul - I highly recommend if you’re in need of an emotional/mental/physical tune-up, if you’re deep in inner work and need some help releasing or if you’re trying to amplify your energy… it’s great for anything and anyone. Julia also sells crystals and jewelry that are high quality and honestly, my go-to daily jewelry pieces.
