Island Wellness Middletown is an amazing edition to Aquidneck Island. It’s a holistic hub for all your detox and relaxation needs. Scheduling a service on their website is a breeze and always efficient. Likewise, the owners and staff are knowledgeable and so lovely. My favorite is definitely the infrared sauna! Also be sure to check out their monthly events and workshops. You won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful staff and atmosphere, great selection of veteran grown CBD flower. Salt Cave is a sweet spot to unwind and refresh the mind and body. Just an overall great small business that I enjoy supporting.

This place is a gem! They have so many different things to offer to help bring rejuvenation to a tired mind and body. I like the infrared sauna, the sensory deprivation float tank, the salt room and the anti-gravity massage chairs… so, I like everything I’ve tried so far :). Highly recommend stopping in and trying something new.
