After being recommended by friends who live in the area, I brought my wife here as part of our Anniversary weekend getaway. We did the Express Water Journey since all else was booked up, and I just have to say that the experience was beyond our expectations. From opening the door and walking in, the environment is welcoming, comfortable, staff are top notch, courteous and friendly. The cold plunge, 2 hot tubs, sauna's, and Eucalyptus Steam room were incredible and well worth the very reasonable pricing, an overall great value!

I had a massage with Eleanor and it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. She paid incredible attention to detail and never made me feel rushed at any point. You can tell she really cares about her work and her clients. She worked through all of my tight and sore muscles, and I left feeling completely refreshed and awesome. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a truly quality massage experience!

Had a great experience, a women handing out towels inside where the pool’s were. I can’t remember her name unfortunately but I do remember her saying she has a French Bull dog but, big shout out to her she made my experience less tense with her kindness. Would recommend!
