From the moment we pulled into the parking area, we felt instantly welcomed and cozy at The Island House. The decor throughout the hotel is absolutely beautiful — warm, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a home away from home.
We were celebrating our daughter’s 11th birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make it incredibly special. When we entered our suite, we were greeted by a display of big pink “Happy Birthday” balloons and adorable bow balloons decorating the wall. What a gem of a hotel. The only thing to be aware of is the bed height (sounds weird but true). If you have someone of limited mobility they may have trouble getting into the bed that seems to be about 36 inches off the ground.
Otherwise, the hotel could not have been better!
