All the bad reviews are all wrong and honestly are “first world problems” booohoo to all the Karens and Chads leaving bad reviews bec they have nothing else to do - bring your negativity elsewhere this place doesn’t need you anyways. my first yoga experience ever! i was incredibly stressed before hand and didn’t know what to expect but Katie made me feel so welcomed and comfortable and i was able to take the class at my own pace. i felt so empowered and energized after class, ill be back as soon as i can!

One of the best hot yoga places in the Newport area. Great teachers, so much space to move, true intention to the spiritual values of yoga, super hot and humid room - highly recommend.
