One of the best hot yoga places in the Newport area. Great teachers, so much space to move, true intention to the spiritual values of yoga, super hot and humid room - highly recommend.

I was just recently cleared by my doctor to exercise again after a back injury. Before my injury I had been to this studio several times and was happy with the classes and location. I am so grateful the Newport Power Yoga is open and operating at this time, there are very few exercise options in RI right now and I do not have the discipline to practice at home. After the past year it feels so good to have a little normalcy, by the end of the sessions I often forget that we are even experiencing a "pandemic". Terry has done a great job following protocol for those of you concerned with COVID and the teachers and he are giving this community some much needed levity, support and relief. Thank you Newport Power Yoga!
