Anna is a serious Pilates practitioner. Her classes are informative and incredibly effective. She is a fantastic teacher and her studio is well equipped and cozy. Highly recommended.

Anna is unreal. A real pro with a studio full of every piece of equipment. I am 45 and I went with my 87 year old mother in law for a duet class, and Anna was attentive and effective with each of our very different bodies. In awe of her raw instinct and instruction. A class with her was a gift. Highly recommend!

Anna's expertise and keen eye is unmatched! I have been to Pilates studios across the country and haven't found any that offer the classical training provided by Golden Mean!
