The house was built in 1745 so we were looking for someone who was very knowledgeable and had some experience with historic renovations. We work in the real estate and contracting business in Boston so our expectations were high. Dan came highly recommended from another colleague who worked on a historic renovation with him.Dan was very straight forward and good about communicating what's going on with the project. His craftsmanship was top notch and he stayed on top of his sub contractors. The house came out better than expected and we couldn't be more pleased. We are now looking for our next project.“
