Oh my God she is PHENOMENAL!!!! She walks you through everything she is doing during your first session. She gives great suggestions on how to relax the body and reset your aura. She has very strong hands and truly feels where your body is experiencing the most tension and truly massages it. If you tend to grind your teeth a lot or feel jaw tension, she massages them as well and when I say you really feel a difference, you REALLY do. Not expensive massage as well, will for sure book again and recommend to others!! Great personality as well; such a welcoming environment.

This was excellent. So glad I found Heather, I used her right before I classed up for OCS and she really loosened me up. I relieved a lot of stress and anxiety with her services. Great recommendations for stretching and flexibility. I will definitely go back if able before I leave the area. DC

Heather gave me the best massage I’ve ever had, hands down. From the moment the session started, I felt completely relaxed and confident that I was in expert hands. She was incredibly attentive, checking in about pressure and focusing exactly where I needed it most.
Her technique is outstanding, she somehow managed to melt away tension I didn’t even realize I was carrying as well as pain that wouldn’t go away. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and totally refreshed. I also learned so much about myself and had great conversation.
