I highly recommend the AnyTime Fitness in Newport at the Stop & Shop Walmart plaza. The facility is always clean including its machines and bathrooms. Equipment is always in working condition and so many machines, weights and accesories to choose from. Really good group of people and never crowded. Always respectful to each other. Gabe the owner is on site and always helpful Classes are available and really well run. I highly recommend AF Newport if your looking for a fitness center. I have been member for 3+ years.
This is an awesome gym. I love the abundance of equipment. I never miss a super set, because I have second and third options. I love that the music is either off, or at a very low volume, so I choose my tunes and I am not competing with the Gym's volume, like every other gym that plays Dance club music at a nightclub's volume.
I do a lot of mobility, balance and core. There is a large area to do the exercises needed to keep my old joints mobile. Weights, kettle bells, machines, a weight sled, cardio equipment, and so many things other people use, therefore you should check it out if you are wondering anything.

I have been a member here for years and can personally attest to the high quality equipment, training staff and facilities at this AF location. The ownership team does a great job of maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a gym. Very welcoming environment.
