Staples made the entire ordering process incredibly easy and efficient. Designing and submitting my customized wrapping paper online was straightforward, and I loved how clear the preview and options were. Once I placed my order, I was genuinely impressed by how quickly it was completed, my order was ready for pickup the very same day.
Picking it up was just as smooth, the staff made the process simple, and I was in and out within minutes. The wrapping paper itself exceeded my expectations, the print quality was sharp, the colors were vibrant, and the material felt sturdy and high quality. I have used staples for a few years now to print promotional and shipping insert cards. They have always been easy to work with, polite, patient, efficient and knowledgeable about their product. They have always been very quick, (sometimes within half an hour!) And send notification when it's ready for pickup. The quality has always been excellent, and having worked in printing for many years, I appreciate that!
